Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder, was born on Winona Minnesota. Her name was chosen by her parents after the town in which she grew as a child. Michel Horowitz' father was an author and editor and editor, as was Cynthia Palmer and her mother. Ryder's dad was born into a Jewish family. Ryder considers her self Jewish. Uria Ryder is her younger brother. Jubal, Sunyata and Sunyata are her half-siblings. Ryder's parents relocated her and her siblings into Mendocino County California when Ryder turned seven. They didn't even have electricity. Ryder was a prolific reader due to the absence of television. Ryder started taking classes in acting at the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983, when she was 12. In 1986 she was offered her first major-screen appearance in the movie Lucas she was only 15 years old. Ryder experienced bullying at the high school. Ryder believed that her future as an actress could help. It didn't turn out. But she pushed on with her dreams. Her big break came in 1988 with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder played roles that were successful in several movies. He was nominated for two Academy Awards were nominated, one for The Age of Innocence (1996).
